This study aims to identify and prioritize the factors influencing employees' work ethics using a hybrid approach combining the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method and the Analytic Network Process (ANP). Methodilogy: This is an applied study utilizing a descriptive-survey design for data collection. The statistical population consists of all staff and instructors at the technical and vocational colleges of Semnan Province, with ten organizational experts participating in an expert panel. Data were collected via researcher-designed questionnaires based on pairwise comparisons. A hybrid DEMATEL-ANP method was employed for data analysis. Findings: The results indicate that individual factors, socio-cultural factors, and organizational culture are the most significant and influential factors affecting work ethics. While economic factors are also influential, they carry less weight compared to the other factors. Conclusion: Given the significant impact of individual and social culture on the formation of work culture and ethics, paying special attention to these areas and implementing cultural planning to enhance ethical standards are essential requirements for any organization.</p> <p>هدف: هدف: امروزه موضوع اخلاق کاری بسیار مورد توجه مدیران و سازمان ها قرار گرفته است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر اخلاق كاري كاركنان با استفاده از روش ترکیبی دیمتل و فرایند تحلیل شبکه انجام شده است. روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ گردآوری داده ها توصیفی- پیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری کلیه کارکنان و مربیان دانشکده های فنی و حرفه ای استان سمنان می باشد و ده نفر از کارشناسان و خبرگان سازمان در تشکیل پانل خبرگی مشارکت داشته اند. گردآوری داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های محقق ساخته و پاسخگویی مبتني بر مقايسات زوجي صورت گرفته است. براي تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تلفیقی دیمتل و فرايند تحليل شبکه استفاده شده است. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد عوامل فردی، عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی و فرهنگ سازمانی، از مهمترین و نیز تاثیرگذارترین عوامل موثر بر اخلاق کاري هستند و عوامل اقتصادی با اینکه جزو عوامل تاثیرگذارند اما به لحاظ وزنی نسبت به سایر عوامل از اهمیت کمتری برخوردارند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اهمیت و تاثیر بالای فرهنگ فردی و اجتماعی در شکل گیری فرهنگ و اخلاق کاري، توجه ویژه به این امور و برنامه ریزی های فرهنگی برای ارتقاء سطح اخلاقیات از نیازهای ضروری هر سازمان است. کلید واژه ها: اخلاق؛ اخلاق کار حرفه اي؛ عوامل درون سازمانی؛ عوامل برون سازمانی</p> http://modiriyatfarda.ir/en/Article/Download/55011
