Abstract: Relationship between Intellectual Capital and Productivity for Companies in Tehran Stock Exchange. In this study, the relationship between intellectual capital as an important asset and competitive advantage has been discussed with productivity of the companies for Tehran Stock Exchange. To measure companies intellectual capital, two dimensions of capital efficiency (value added intellectual coefficient and its components) and value (calculated intangible value) is taken into consideration. For doing this work Information related through the years 2009 to 2013 for these companies have been collected. Hypotheses are tested by use of panel data regression. The results shows that the value added intellectual coefficient and its components (human capital efficiency, structural capital efficiency and efficiency of capital employed) have a significant and positive relationship with productivity. Also, the calculated intangible value of the company's efficiency has a significant and positive relationship only in models with fixed effects. The effect of the calculated intangible value components and value added intellectual coefficient on firm productivity, Test results shows that the efficiency of capital employed is the only factor for affecting productivity. The aim of the research is to identify knowledge factors effective in designing and absorbing technology in knowledge-based centers and manufacturing industries, and to survey the effect of knowledge management on each factor, and successful technology transfer. The research method is descriptive of correlation type. In this research, using a simple stochastic method ,151 active people in technology transfer were selected from among scientific and research groups and 277 were selected from among large manufacturing industries. The data for the research were collected through questionnaires. Confirmed construct and factorial analysis were used to determine the validity, and for reliability, Chronbach alpha was employed. In order to study the relationship between research variables and to study hypotheses, the modeling of structural equations has been used with the help of SPSS and AMOS software.Findings indicate that there is a , significant, and positive relationship between knowledge management and technology effectiveness transfer. The only difference is that, knowledge management impacts directly on technology effectiveness transfer only in knowledge-based centers. Likewise, knowledge management indirect impact on successful technology transfer only through knowledge capability whose impact is on knowledge-based centers (35%)and on manufacturing industries(77%) . Nowadays, one of the most important dynamic capabilities of technology-intensive firms is leveraging of technological achievements for the creation of new applications and products and as a result, the new markets. This research studied the snake-like robot technological competence and its main purpose is to determine the starting point for leveraging process/path of this competence. For this purpose, available target markets for leveraging this competence have been identified and then have been ranked with performing multi-attributes decision making through ANP-DEAMATEL and TOPSIS hybrid model in fuzzy environment. Research experts have been selected from industrial knowledge intensive firms and scientific associations related to this competence. Multi-attribute decision making model results, based on data from experts, show that oil industry has the most attractiveness for starting of snake-like robot leveraging. The model presented in this research, with some modifications and adjustments can also be used for other high-technology products. Manuscript profile
